When reading this work, it is very obvious that Judy Hall practices what she preaches. This is hands down the best book on psychic protection and self defense I have read, with exercises I have never seen elsewhere. Read the classics by Denning and Phillips, Dion Fortune, etc, but be sure to make this one part of your magical library too. ( )
