This is a book about a mother birds search for somewhere to lay her eggs, she finds her spot and lays the eggs and soon baby ducks are hatching. It shows how the baby ducklings grow and learn.

This is a very educational book for children of all ages about animals that hatch out of eggs and how they grow and learn.

You could do a activity on birds and how they are born. You could go to a farm that has ducks and feed them. You could talk about what ducks like to eat. How they swim. ( )
