This is the best gluten free cookbook I've seen (and I have tried ALL of them so far). It has a recipe for Tempura and Batter for fish (for fish and chips) and I would buy this book again just for that single recipe! It will fool a non-Celiac.

There are other good recipes too - others of them might not trick a gluten eater, but they are very tasty alternatives for those who cannot eat gluten. ( )
