I'm hoping they find R. Daneel Olivaw on the moon manipulating the universe as in Asimov's Foundation and Earth. They too searched for a mythical Earth and found it devastated (radioactive), but found the robot R. Daneel on the moon (he was the prototype for both Spock and Data ... ... were going to see the statue of Liberty any moment (instead we saw the Brooklyn Bridge). This also reminded me of Asimov's Foundation and Earth where they find the mythical earth and it is wasted or under water (it's been ages since I've read it but that's what I remember).

The two of them >141, well, of course, we all have our own opinions. Foundation and Earth has always been my favorite of all of the Foundation novels, although I haven't read any of them for a long time. Foundation and Earth by Isaac Asimov ... I like almost all of the 40 or so Asimov books in my LT library. If I had to choose, my very favourites are probably Foundation and Earth and The Naked Sun.
