A generally interesting book. Mostly this book is more of a biography of the authors journey rather than anything about the practices the author went through. This book is not about how to practice what the author does practice and teach in real life and instead this is only about the author’s journey onto what she still practices t date. In this book Susan Gregg takes the reader on a Shamanic journey. Each chapter ends with a short little self reflective exercise is about all. Overall a generally descent book. ( )

I read parts of this book about shamanism. The focus is exercises and guided journeys for having shamanic experiences of ones own, but I've never done a whole lot on that path. ( )
