She warned him not to eat too many vegetables because he might turn into one. This is a really cute book! Burger boy is about a kid who will not eat anything but burgers and his mother warns him if that's all you eat you will turn into one. one day....he does. a quest to become a boy ago ensues, he becomes a boy, then only eats veggies, and turns into one of those. This is a funny story that could be used to help promote kids to eat a variety of foods. This book is quite amusing. It has math lessons within it, and it also encourages children to maintain a healthy diet, along with eating some of their favorite foods as well. It is also incredibly silly, and I like it a lot. Great for grades k-2. Benny loves burgers and will not eat anything else. His mom warns him that he will turn into a burger and he does. Then he vows to only eat veggies.
