Let's face it not all people run to win a race. Many of us run to maintain health or weight. Galloway has plans in this book to keep you running for a lifetime. If your a running purist this is not for you. But if you want to run injury free and keep doing it into your senior years Jeff Galloway's book is a great investment. ( )
