Most people considering this book are probably familiar with the poem, so I don’t need to say anything about it. The illustrations are what needs noting: I thought they are enchanting. They are very colorful and cute. I’m ( ) This is a famous old poem which has been illustrated numerous times. This version claims to be edited by Santa Claus for the benefit of children of the 21st century. I liked this version because the illustrations had a modern feel to them, and there are so many hidden delights! Some of the pictures are downright funny - like how the reindeer screech to a halt on the rooftop! Again, suitable for ages 4 . A parent will also be able to use the pictures as a means to discuss the story as they are packed with details. Twas the Night Before Christmas by Clement C. Moore ISBN: 9780987902306 Very colorful illustrated children's book about the night before Christmas. Each part of the story is displayed in high graphics bringing magic to the page as you read each one. This classic along with the pictures would be a delight to read every night til the holiday arrives. The original illustrated very colorful remake of the children's story about Christmas Eve. I found the colors to be more vibrant than how I remembered from reading the story as a child. Great story for young and old. no reviews | add a review
