I liked this one because it made me giggle a bit. My kids loved the monkey's and how they did things. I liked how the story was about helping out mom so a lesson can be taught here as well. Cute and intertaining pictures. This series of books by Eileen Christelow really should be in every young childs personal library. no reviews | add a review

The Five Little Monkeys are helping Mama spruce up their old car in order to sell it. But a little accident soon has them surrounded by hungry crocodiles! The lively rhymes make the predicament exciting and the outcome amusing. Probably my favorite book in the series.
I may like this because it's a little too relatable. When I was a tiny one, I was playing in my father's car in front of our house and managed to knock it out of gear. A hill, gravity, and a poorly placed barn led to me bursting in on my father as he sat on his throne in the bathroom and announcing, "I drove it, Dad! I drove it! But I wrecked her, Dad. I wrecked her all to hell." ( )
