Short simple and sweet. That’s what Bree Kraemer brings in this outstanding and inspiring book. The story that she builds between the characters gives you hope and sheds light on a sensitive subject that few people like to talk about.
Sam and Ethan have known each other for a while. Through their connection with her family and him being a soldier they built a relationship based on understanding and encouragement. Little did they know the feelings that they felt for each other so long ago would resurface and blossom into a love that would help Sam heal and Ethan gain a family that he has always wanted.
Not knowing Sam’s pass we are thrown into a traumatic experience that makes you upset and hurt for Sam. Ethan being the man he is loves her for who she is and guides her into wanting to be touched again which ignites a passion in her that she had suppressed for some time. By the end of the book you are hoping that there were a couple more chapters left and or some clue that there’s a sequel. Considering I haven not figured that part out yet all I have to take with me is unconditional and everlasting love which is more than enough.
