I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review, and I loved the story about Cherry and Leon! New York journalist Cherry La Beau, is in New Jersey investigating her dad's "accident", she is unprepared to be roving around in a dark and dank unused warehouse in knock off designer heeled boots in the dark, but she has to start somewhere and she heard this was the place to start looking. Before long, she heard three men talking and one man was chained to the floor, she kept quiet and listened then heard her last spoken by one of the thugs. She couldn't keep her gasp quiet and then she was running for her life when the man called Leon chased her!

Leon Volkov, was an ex- Russian mafia hit man in his previous life a long time ago, but since he turned his life around and cared about the workers, it was why he started his bike club and they protected the citizen's that were unfairly paid. Then crooked cops and corrupt officials set the FBI on them with trumped up charges, now the girl he let go was back in his life and he'd find the man who murdered her dad even if he had to return to his hit man's ways.
