They are divided up into different categories which means it is easy to pick and choose from those more to your liking. I didn't use this book as a 'diet' book so I can't attest to any of the weight loss effects but I did enjoy making the fruity smoothies and I would recommend the book as a helpful source of recipes for anyone looking to introduce more variety to their diet.
