In this film Australian nun ven.Robina Courtin teaches in her own down-to-earth style about dealing with hardships by transforming your mind through the practice of Dharma.

When we are not able to change the outer situations in life for the better there is no point in getting angry at the outer circumstances. When problems are unavoidable, that is the moment to practice mind training. Robina teaches us about "liking problems like you like ice cream", as Lama Zopa calls it, in order to transform them into your practice. Then you can change your life in order to overcome the difficulties of life.
