I would classify this as young adult, Christian. The characters and their actions are as a younger person would perceive and understand. I had to laugh at one point, where the main character supposedly 21-25 yrs old, comments that for a forty something woman Ms Scully didn't seen seem so old and wrinkled. The timeline and the age placements on that timeline, are the stumbling block to the story making sense to me.
But a preteen or young adult probably wouldn't notice or care. This is a good read for preteen or young adult. ( )
