After many years of telling our grandchildren our favorite children's story, Fritz, the Funniest Monkey Ever, I decided it was time to have the story published. Sometime ago, my wife of almost fifty years, Nancy ("Nana," as the grandchildren call her) was telling the story about Fritz to Silas, our soon-to-be four-year-old grandson. Suddenly, Silas stopped Nana and quickly corrected her. Silas realized that his Nana had left out part of the story about Fritz's sign in the zoo. Children, of course, teach us so much, don't they? I hope this book will teach children just how important one sign can be, whether it is a sign at a zoo, at a busy intersection, or where danger may be lurking. Signs give us important and much-needed directions in life. Now, please enjoy Fritz, the Funniest Monkey Ever.… (more)
