The Oxford Literacy Web is an exciting new literacy programme designed to guide schools successfully through the primary years. Exciting stories, hilarious events, and dynamic illustrations combine to ensure diversity and enjoyment. In the Duck Green School stories, early school experiences arebrought to life through a cast of lovable characters. Children can enjoy their own `soap opera' while learning specific vocabulary in context.In the Stage 1 Duck Green Stories, the reception class children find out more about life at Duck Green School, rescue an injured baby bird, and attend a Bonfire Night fireworks party. The books are available in both standard and `big book' format.
