... more than the last one, though it did confirm my doubts about adding on a fourth book to a trilogy. I think the ending of The Fury was just about perfect; everything was resolved satisfactorily if not entirely happily. I didn't find the resolution of Dark Reunion as convincing, but I enjoyed ... The Vampire Diaries, The Fury (book 3) was good, but the ending pissed me off because a favorite character died. And then, much to my delight, the fourth book, Dark Reunion was the best of the bunch! It's a Young Adult series, but very light on the kissy stuff and high on adventure/mystery so ... ... to input books on their own. Cross your fingers for me!
I have continued reading my trashy, quick read Vampire books: The Vampire Diaries, The Fury and Dark Reunion. It is a rainy, cold day outside and all the leaves are falling. Perfect reading day!
Brenzi-- coming to say Hi! 36. -The Fury- by L. J. Smith- Another great addition to the Vampire Diaries. I enjoyed this as well a little more action and more people know about vampires in Fells Church. However what a sad ending I am curious to find out what happens next therefore going to forge ahead into the next ... ... place. Oh and there is a ring involved in this book. Won't tell you how but there is a ring. :)

No, I hadn't heard that about The Vampire Diaries! I think it's probably a good thing, though--L.J. Smith deserves more attention, and this is one way to get it. I'd prefer a movie to a TV show, though. I haven't read The Vampire Diaries but I have read A Thousand Splendid Suns I have not read The Lion, The Witch, and the wardrobe (yet), but I have read The Vampire Diaries. ... And ya know whats crazy? I never even knew about L J Smith when I was younger !! About 4 months ago I found one of the Vampire Diaries at walmart & I feel like I missed out as a kid! I thought it was a very good book! So now I have been trying to find as many books as I can by L. J. Smith. T ... ... from This Lullaby

S ... ... L.J. Smith, it's probably the under 30 crowd. When I was in high school, I was obsessed with her books, especially The Vampire Diaries series (which is being reissued as a new edition in July according to Amazon) and the Dark Visions trilogy. For a while she had a longer series going ...
