Reviewed by Jennifer Rummel for TeensReadToo.com DANCE WITH A VAMPIRE continues the tale of Raven, the outcast, and her hottie boyfriend, Alexander. They have just defeated the two sibling vampires threatening both their town and their relationship. They're now ready to relax together when Valentine arrives. Valentine befriends Raven's younger brother, Billy, and suddenly she's very protective of her little brother. Valentine has the ability to read the innermost thoughts of someone's mind once he touches them. He knows that Raven's not ready to become a vampire. Ellen Schreiber writes another great tale in this saga -- so well that readers will want to sink their teeth into the VAMPIRE KISSES series. Dance With A Vampire picks up right were the third book left off, only this time, instead of teen vampire twins, Raven and Alexander are up against the duo's younger brother, Valentine. Schreiber continues to infuse fun and adventure from the previous books into this one. Both tweens and teens can appreciate the writing of these books, as they are written in an easy to follow, fast paced manner. As the fourth book in the Vampire Kisses series, Dance With A Vampire holds steady and leaves you waiting for Raven's next adventure. Now that Raven and her vampire boyfriend Alexander have driven the deadly twins from Dullsville, there is only one threat left --- their younger brother Valentine, zipping through Dullsville on his coffin-shaped skateboard. Not only is he fast and deadly, he has taken an interest in Raven’s younger brother Billy. As if protecting her family and town weren’t enough, Raven has to wrestle with the question of whether or not she wants to join Alexander in eternity. There is also the Prom to get ready for and long-time human nemesis Trevor with whom to spar. Again, really enjoyed Schreiber's work. However, I was a bit distressed by the lack of action. This one moved a bit slower, perhaps because Valentine isn't as interesting (or at least as well developed) as Jagger and Luna. Still. I look forward to the next book. no reviews | add a review

There's a new vampire in town. His name is Valentine Maxwell. Goth-girl Raven knows this latest intruder can only mean trouble—he's the younger sibling of two vampires she fought to drive out of Dullsville. But when her brother, Billy, befriends this dangerous tween night prowler, the stakes are suddenly higher. Though torn by the excitement of every teen girl's fantasy—attending the prom with her boyfriend—Raven must do everything she can to protect Billy.
Valentine's appearance may pose even further threats. Could he somehow know Raven's innermost feelings about becoming immortal for her true love, Alexander? The far-from-ordinary romance of these two teen outsiders takes another surprise-filled spin in the fourth book of Ellen Schreiber's applauded Vampire Kisses series.

I liked this book beacause I think it is cool how Raven has a little brother. Also so do the Maxwell twins Jagger and Luna. His name is Valentine, and he tries to turn Raven's little brother into a vampire. He fails though, and it was a relief.
The book, again did not meet my expectations. It didn't meet my expectations because I didn't expect yet another sybling from the Maxwells. I also didn't expect him to try to change Raven's brother Billy into a blood sucking monster. I loved it though just the same. (
