I stopped reading halfway through and read the end to find out who the killer was. I've never done that in my life! Who Killed Angelique is unnecessarily vulgar and severely lacking in likable characters. And beyond the lack of connection I had with any of the characters, no one was developed with any depth. There was not much of a mystery, as the reader learns the dark secrets of every character within the first several chapters. The rest of the book is rehashing what the reader has already been told. I'm surprised that Ms. Darcy was able to get a series out of this book, which was a phenomenal disappointment. ( ) no reviews | add a review
