The only trouble is that it is a bit on the light side. I wanted even more. ( ) This book tells the story of how the movie was made. Most people who pick it up are already fans of the movie and the book definitely caters to the fan. There's pictures from the set (each captioned by Mel Brooks) and so many stories from everyone involved.Mostly, the book is written by Mel, but there are excerpts from interviews and articles from most of the cast and crew. I laughed out loud a few times while reading. It's a quick read, and a must-read for anyone who wants a little inside look on the making of Young Frankenstein.
