This is not an easy program and it takes commitment as in anything worthwhile but the tools are here in the book, it is up to the individual to pick them up and put them to use. We get a lot of the profiles of those whose lives were changed as with most self help books. The dietary section is fairly extensive. And finally the other ingredients of purpose, social bonds, and mind-set round out the complete program that will achieve the results. ( )
