I just received this book and finished it within a few hours. Now, I want to read and re-read it again and again. The main premise of this book is "The Art of Serene Fearlessness". And, I just happen to believe in the same things as Mr. Billings. This is s a true joy to read. For most of the book, the left page has a quote. The right page has what he believes in, or if not, why not.

Some of the topics include: "The Serene Tenets", "The Art of Failing", and "I control me". For anyone who needs a lift in their lives, or even a boost, this book will allow you to feel much better and have more control over their own lives, while feeling good about their self-talk. Mr. Billings calls this book HIS faith. So you don't have to agree with everything in it. For me, I have my whole life believed most of it. With parents who hated my high sensitivity and did everything to rid me of it, I had to find my own way to cope. This book is a life saver. It could also inspire you to write out your own faith.

Thank you Mr. Billings and Word Slinger for giving me this book in exchange for my honest review. ( )
