Book description
The situation analysis echoes The State of the World's Children 2006: Excluded and Invisible of 2005 addressing vulneravility and exclusion of children. This situation analysis represents an effort to better understand the dynamics surrounding the protective environment of children in Romania: the family, the community, local government and central institutions, funding, political process and all the multiple factors that togerther influence the lives of children. This work can by no means be considered exhaustive; although it is ambitious and it is hoped it will fill in some information gaps for profesisonals and policy makers in the social sector.
