A series of short vignettes tackling loneliness, abandonment, disdain for humanity, refusal of common stereotypes, bullshit "Masculinity," among other things. This book highlights and exemplifies Rollins' humorous and often too-close-to-home Nihilism. ( )Only finished half the book. I found it at times repetitive but with bursts of amazing prose. I've seen Rollins' spoken word performances several times, and this is the first of his written works that I've had occasion to read. All I could say when I finished this book is: "That Rollins is one sick m-----f-----". Not for the faint of heart, reading this book is like a glimpse into Rollins' soul, and it can be disturbing reading. I could only read this one in small bites, but I'm glad to have read it. 0.072 seconds to build listing no reviews | add a review
