I recommend this book for anybody who wants to go on a diet. David Zinczenko points out common errors associated with fad diets (such as Atkins or South Beach) through his research. ( )Succinct book. What I found most interesting was the simplicity. You don't have to go out on some wacky food binge. You just eat well and exercise. Who woulda thunk it? I've been on it a few months now and I weigh what I did in high school some twenty years ago. Abs? Yes, indeed! Flipped through this, sound principles and many case histories make it easy to follow.
