Anyone who knows me knows I'm bad with diets. This is the only one that I really liked and stuck with (until I went broke that is). ( )

Absolutely changed the way I look at food/nutrition/exercise. A great foundation for getting and staying in shape. No gimmicks, no crazy cabbage diets, no nothin'. Eat a controlled amount of foods that are the best for, and work out. Pretty simple. ( )

Very easy read. Also very eye opening. I learned that I have approached dieting completely wrong for years. This book is jam-packed with good nutrition information and recent studies that counter some of what I had been told through the years. I have only been on the diet for three days and I've already lost 5 pounds. My wife has already lost 3. We plan to make this 'diet' a lifestyle from now on. Very helpful book! ( )

A down-to-earth book on how to get a flat stomach/ 6 pack abs through diet/ nutrition and exercise. I recommend this book for anybody who wants to go on a diet. David Zinczenko points out common errors associated with fad diets (such as Atkins or South Beach) through his research. ( )
