Nothing like referencing Marx, Ayn Rand, Friedrich Hayek, and Nirvana in the same essay. That quote from The Constitution of Liberty in post 10, is exactly right, enevada. I was about to laboriously copy it out, but you obviously found a better way.
In the Road to Serfdom, Hayek does not endorse a government run National Health Care system. What he does say is this:

One of my good friend oakesspalding's continuing preoccupations is ... I’m going to jump in early and nominate Friedrich Hayek’s The Constitution of Liberty, and worse, any of his late works, such as Law, Legislation and Liberty or The Fatal Conceit. Now, I love Hayek. I think I am still the LT Hayek champ, owning almost twice as many of his books as ...
