I was concerned that this book may be outdated, but all of the ideas discussed still apply a decade later.

This was a great resource. It was both easy to read, and packed full of useful information. It gave me many things to consider as I prepare to become a first time landlord. There were also many useful form letters and checklists in the back. ( )
