Fiction. Literature. Suspense. Thriller. HTML:

"Julia Whelan reads the novel in her low, pleasant voice, moving down a register to capture Richard's infuriating condescension and lightening slightly for the younger Emma. With its perfidious turns, this escapist entertainment is a fine example of the 21st century's more cynical version of the O. Henry ending." â?? The Washington Post
From Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen comes the next hit audiobook thriller, an instant New York Times bestseller!

When you listen to this audiobook, you will make many assumptions.
You will assume you are listening to a story about a jealous ex-wife.
You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement â?? a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love.
You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle.
Assume nothing.
Twisted and deliciously chilling, The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.
Listen for the truth between the lies.

Praise for The Wife Between Us:
"Addictive domestic thrillers with twist-filled plots and unreliable narrators are increasingly popular. Add in assumptions that should not be assumed, shape-shifting, surprising characters and a complex chronology, and you have a hint of what you'll find in The Wife Between Us...All will be made clear, or perhaps not, as you listen to Julia Whelan's tautly paced performance." â?? BookPage

"A clever thriller with masterful twists." â?? Karin Slaughter, New York Times bestselling author of The Kept Woman

"Readers who were enthralled by B.A. Paris's Behind Closed Doors and Gillian Flynn's Gone Girl will love the skewed psychology and shifting perspectives in this domestic thriller." - Library Journal
"A fiendishly clever romantic thriller in the vein of Gone Girl and The Girl on the Train. This one will keep you guessing." â??Anita Shreve, New York Times bestselling author of The Stars are Fire
"A twisty, mind-bending novel about marriage and betrayal. A gripping plot and fascinating characters; this book will keep you turning the pages and guessing until the very end. A must-read!" â??Lauren Weisberger, New York Times bestselling author of The Devil Wears Prada

Do not assume to know you understand or get what is going on because the twists in this book will give you whip lash. Suspenseful and thrilling. I really love this and even bought for a friend so they can enjoy it as well. :) ( )

There were a lot of people to keep track of but I loved the alternating points of view once I figured out who was who. I loved the ending; someone got their comeuppance and the person(s) that deserved a happy ending, got one. ( )

The Wife Between Us A Novel by Greer Hendricks; Sarah Pekkanen published by St. Martin's Press is fantastic. I was given an arc of this through Netgalley and I have to say January cannot come soon enough for this one. January 9,2018! Mark your calendars! You are assuming you know how this one will end just by looking at the title I know I did when I requested it I simply requested it because I was intrigued the cover and description pull you in what I got was a book I want to give to every female who loves books.

What happens when you fall in love with a man you hardly know or a man you think is so perfect you can’t see his flaws until it’s too late. Richard’s first wife, Vanessa, was dumped for a younger woman after many years of marriage. Gone were all the trappings of wealth she had enjoyed as she struggles to put her life back in order.
Vanessa forced to move in with her aunt after her divorce and take a job at Saks to put her life back together. Each chapter is penned so well that you are tossed between Vanessa, Nellie and forced to figure out who is the victim who is the victor and who wins Richard if anyone. The Wife between us has it’s dark moments has its heart racing faced pace and has you guessing who these women are at their core. In the end, it makes you wonder not only if true love exists but also of the past mistakes catching up with your future. There is no room between a perfect five star review with this one because any less than a perfect score and you didn’t understand what the two writers were trying to accomplish.
