Josh is the main character. He isn't real excited about starting a new school. Josh soon has two friends Skye (girl) and Mark. Then he is faced with what you might consider a challenge, the school bully, Corey wants to be Joshes friend. Joshes friend, Mark saved a kid from being hit by a van sliding out of control heading their way. Josh found out Corey didn't buy him the scates Alex did. I really liked when Mark saved that kid. I didn't like that the older kids weren't mature enough to stand up to corey, but at least Josh and his friends were. I think any one who likes adventure and excitement would like this book. ( )
