Smelly Bill is the stinkiest dog in the neighbourhood but when his family go on holiday and leave him at home with Great Aunt Bleach she is determined to give him a bath. When Bill howls for reinforcements from his gang of foul smelling friends Great Aunt Bleach has a few friends of her own and a battle for the bathroom begins.
