Es un cuento bellísimo de un chico y uno de los pocos profesores que conocemos en la vida que nos inspira y que recordamos para siempre. Se sitúa durante el período corto de la Segunda República Española, que fue un renacimiento breve para la educación en España.
Al chico el profesor le muestra el mundo fascinante de la historia, la literatura, la poesía y ante todo la naturaleza.
Sobre todo es una historia de la verdad, que siempre existe y no cambia, aunque a veces no podemos verla, como la lengua de la mariposa.
Lo recomendaría a cualquier persona, es muy corto y se puede leer en poco tiempo, pero tiene mucho que decir sobre la vida y la humanidad. ( )
