I read The Overlook and could barely put it down (except when life demanded) until I was done. Fast-paced, I agree! Book #42 The Overlook by Michael Connelly I had a great afternoon floating in the pool reading this fast-paced detective novel! I read A Genoux (The Overlook) by Michael Connelly. Bosch is his usual solitary self working for truth and justice, not politics. Not the best but perfect for the plane! 53. The Overlook A nice summer mystery. ... interactions.
I loved it.
Now I'm onto When Genius Failed: the Rise and Fall of Long-Term Capital Management and The Overlook. ... by picking up The Poet some years ago and was delighted to find that there was a back catalogue to explore. I finished The Overlook in two days and enjoyed it very much - half guessed the conclusion, but I like the characters so that didn't detract from my enjoyment.
Whizzed through Circle of the Dead and also The Overlook by Michael Connelly, both of which I enjoyed while half guessing the outcomes.

The Overlook by Michael Connelly
I'm getting ready to add 2 crime novels to my inventory. Last year's The Overlook by Michael Connelly and Florida Roadkill by Tim Dorsey. Both paperbacks in good condition. ... for his next title. Continuing a crime week, Dean Koontz - The Darkest Evening of the Year; Michael Connelly, The Overlook; and John Grisham, The Appeal. The Conelly was the best read, Grisham the most disturbing - but because of the politics not the crime. Finished The Overlook by Michael Connelly. It was enjoyable.
