Short, but very hot story about two men who have recently taken the step from being best friends to lovers. They are clearly still in the ‘honeymoon phase’ of their physical relationship and experimenting with what each of them like. Whether or not they will manage to leave the stifling environment of their home town is up in the air – it has been for quite a while - and coming to a decision isn’t easy for them.

Tommy is the slightly more adventurous of the two; he is less concerned with leaving but will never go without Bill. His love for Bill is quite clear, as is his need for a little pain with his pleasure. As far as he is concerned, they’d be gone yesterday, and making one last hot memory in the back of the pickup truck soon becomes his sole focus.

Bill is the more hesitant of the two – in life, if not when they start making love. He likes taking charge and giving Tommy all the pleasure he can take. His family still has him in his grip, expecting him to take over the farm and having stopped him from going to college. I hated that and was elated when Bill finally makes it clear he’s had enough.

This is a very hot story with lots of emotions, just enough backstory to make it interesting, and two very sexy men who love giving each other pleasure. If you’re looking for a short, erotic story with just enough tenderness to make it sweet, you may like this one.
