I haven’t tried all the recipes yet, but Raffa’s methods are straightforward and easy to follow. A beautiful color photograph accompanies each recipe. There are also photographs showing each of the step she describes for various techniques. I have also discovered a lot more from this author on the internet under the name The Clever Carrot. In fact the internet content is what helped me choose her book out of so many available on the subject. ( )
