If I were a judge I'd say that Constitution was void for vagueness. But people seem to like it for some reason. All in all, a better plan of government than, say, North Korea. But once the lawyers and the rent-seekers get involved, its just a big old mess. If businesses wrote contracts like this, they'd all go broke. ( )
