The story intrigued me, cause I have read in an newspaper that a Milan student made lap dance by night to pay his tuition, and when I found a very similar plot, I wanted to read it In this book Dale is a young texan student who works by night in a dance club. One night an Italian businessman (oh yes, another Italian... just say it, Italians do it better!) arrive to the club and want Dale for a private dance. After this first encounter, Dale and Gen (short name for Adriano Genovese) start a relationship at distance, but together they try to make thing go well. Dale is young and open, almost shy sometimes. He needs money but doesn't want that Gen pays for him. He likes really Gen, because Gen is a very gentleman. I can recall in Gen the typical italian male, very protective with his lover. One thing I like very much is that, even if Gen is very jelous of Dale, he doesn't shame Dale for it: he knows that jelousy is not justify, so he tries to repress it. And the sex scenes... very hot. In this months I read a lot of books, so to really excite me the sex scenes must be very well written... and this is the case: the sex is simple, no kinky sex, but natural and enjoyable. Very arousal. http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/16851.html no reviews | add a review
Dale is working his way through college as an exotic dancer. While he prefers to keep his performances public, it's tough to say no to the private dances, even though they're risky. Three songs, just dancing, no touching--Dale can do this and be handsomely compensated. For Italian businessman Adriano "Gen" Genovese, the handsome cowboy tempts him into wanting more than one dance. Gen convinces Dale to indulge in another dance and a night in his decadent hotel room. He introduces Dale to a glittering world of wealth on a scale Dale has never even imagined. As the romance between the down-home Texas student and the millionaire playboy heats up, they come to realize the only risk they face is losing their hearts. No library descriptions found. |

Dale is an exotic dancer, but he works hard to earn enough money to pay for his college education and he prefers to dance in public. He does make a few exceptions, but even then there are rules about his clients not touching him that he enforces. Well, usually. With Gen things are different from the start. Dale is attracted to the rich stranger and as they get to know each other, Dale quickly realizes there could be a lot more between them than a physical relationship. But how can he stay true to the principle of making his own way in life when accepting someone else’s support looks so tempting?
Gen seems to have it all. He is a millionaire, a playboy, and enjoys the finer things in life. He also works hard, but the scale of his rewards is worlds apart from what Dale experiences. Gen realizes there may be a lot more between him and Dale than physical attraction, but between his schedule and Dale’s pride, figuring out if that is true and how to make things work turns out to be quite the challenge.
If you like stories about men who come from different worlds meeting and falling in love, if you think that a down-to-earth cowboy working hard to get a degree and a rich businessman who is lonely deserve a chance, and if you’re looking for an entertaining read that is as hot as it is touching, then you will probably like this novella.
