This book is loaded with facts about dinosaurs and the illustrations really bring it to life. The book shows readers that even though dinosaurs have long been extinct, scientists still make new discoveries about them. The book describes several different types of dinosaurs and information about them including how long ago they lived, where they lived, what they ate, and more. There is a glossary and index in the back of the book which would be very useful for students and/or readers. I also love that there is a pronunciation guide in the back of the book since several long dinosaur names appear in the text and are very difficult to pronounce. ( )
