I think the sections on anatomy, the diagrams, and the parts about risks and safety have been done better in other books. The chapter particularly about fears and discomfort is quite good, as is the section on tastes and textures. Good explanation on why particular techniques are pleasurable or not. However, it's not the only book I'd refer to on the subject, so perhaps fails as the "ultimate guide". ( )
