A pleasure of a gamebook, this is well paced, contains a nice variety of situations and fantasy tropes to deal with, and is neither too easy nor too deadly. Having played this one before I attempted to take as many different routes through as possible without dying or failing and was pleased to find a couple of places I don't remember doing before. A real joy! ( )
