I loved reading this book. I've recently come across this book. In a time where many people would rather cuddle up to technology, it was fun to read a story of a child who loves to read. Bakkar loves to hang out with his friends, he loves to read a good book. Reading a book for Bakkar is like a sliding glass door. He loves to step into the book and become the character of whom he reads. In past times, I loved to read. A book was always found in my hand as I loved to place myself into fantasy stories. I loved the thrill of becoming a part of the book which deepened by overall love for the activity in general. Reading has the ability to trick your mind to believe you are somewhere else, even if only for a moment. These moments allow for us to live in this ever-evolving world while simultaneously living a dream life. The big take away from this book is that reading truly stimulates the mind. Nothing is wrong with hanging out and being social, yet one should make time for a good book occasionally. ( )
