However, I did enjoy the book. It was a quick read, easy to follow, and of course had a happy ending. ( ) Builder Gideon Lowe clashes with interior designer Christine Gillette at the start, with a few sexist phrases, but from then on, he pursues her, using his charm to win her over. To ease his loneliness, he happily spends time with her large family and friends, one evening, and discovers that Chris has a teenage daughter,Jill, whose father she has never seen. When Jill decides she would like to see her father for the first time, Gideon helps Chris to overcome her fears of change for their future together as a family. no reviews | add a review
