Stupid White Men -- and other sorry excuses for the state of the Nation by Michael Moore
I checked bookishnikki's profile and she is brand new to LT. I think she didn't know how to play our silly game. I left her a message. ... the stolen bowling trophies. I loved it! By the way, there was actually a "real" Willard.

40. Stupid White Men - Michael Moore
Our mouth for the far left, Michael Moore strikes at the Bush administration and the Democrats whom he feels are too moderate and ... Through the mail from Bookmooch today: Stupid White Men by Michael Moore Reading_Fox - Another good review with your latest on Stupid White Men. I hadn't realized how much time had passed since the book was published.
I'm really looking forward to my next GRTB! selection, Fangs and Fur, Blood and Bone: A guide to Animal Magic by Lupa. I've read bits and ... Stupid White Men is read and reviewed.
Is anybody else still playing except Jenson and I? I hope the big 'crash' didn't scare anyone away?
Oh well, Jenson and I shall play together nicely. When you've finished the Harry Dresdens how about Fang and Fur, Blood and Bone: A Primal Guide to Ani ... ... Storm Front. I can see why people get hooked on this series. I really enjoyed the story!
Reading_Fox - How about Stupid White Men by Michael Moore? I've neither read any books by him nor watched movies by him but have always been passingly curious about his work.
I just wanted ... ... Roger Murgatroyd by Gilbert Adair, recommended to me by a friend.
I'm really surprised to hear such a reaction to By George by Wesley Stace - I just read the ARC myself and absolutely loved it. Without the literary trappings of Misfortune, perhaps, but definitely an excellent ... No need to say you are sorry, groo my sweet.

Buy my all time favorite is Akhmatova for Requiem and Poem without a hero. stephen 18: On Reading by Andre Kertesz and Ex Libris by Anne Fadiman are two of my favorites -- both are books a reader can jump into, although one requires no reading. You were lucky to get that one since it is out of print.
