Jurassic ... ... about. It relies too much on knowledge of recent DC events, and takes a while to really build up steam. As a sequel to Crisis on Infinite Earths, though, it fits better than anything else they've ever tried before.
But seriously. A classic story shouldn't require me to read three other ... I'd also suggest that there are two versions of Crisis on Infinite Earths. The original was the graphic novel (and the reprints). A newer version came out as a "true" novel (words, no pictures), and although it followed the plot of the graphic novel, it was different enough to make it a different ... #7. My favorite all-time Graphic Novels/Collected TPBs are, in this order:
