A book that takes place in the latter part of the Blake's Seven series, after the destruction of the Liberator when the crew is tooling around on an a much less cool and groovy ship, and as such having a considerably worse time of it, in general.

Even the ship's computer is more annoying, and more than a bit stressful for those involved when Avon is in charge.

This is a novelisation of four episodes from the fourth -- and final -- series of Blake's 7. While moderately entertaining, the novel adds little to the television episodes, and unsatisfyingly ends on rather a bleak note. There were no continuing novelisations of the television series. ( )
