Good story. Not as spectacular as Alaskan Dawn, but good - solid characters, with interesting motivations (though there's a little too much psychotherapy for my taste - it's proper in the story, but it bothers me). Ri has a long and complicated backstory, which is very conveniently dealt with; Wolf's is only slightly less complicated, and it takes Ri to deal with his. And his family - a lot of "so you finally realized...". There's an awful lot of coincidence here - links of relationships and friendships that show up at convenient times - which is one reason why it's not as good as the first book. But still worth reading, and I'll keep an eye out for other books by this author. ( )
