A great store of Knowledge, ( ) This is as close to definitive in its coverage as one could expect any reasonably-sized book to me. The main difference in its organization from Bartlett's is that it is strictly alphabetical, not chronological. Both have their points, though practically it probably doesn't make that much difference, since users are usually going to begin with the quotation.
