OTOH, I've read Wright's The Golden Age and Phoenix Exultant and was considerably unimpressed.

... the Overgrown Path, published by PS. The "infinitely" might have been hyperbole - but I've read both The Golden Age and The Phoenix Exultant, and thought them quite poor. Ceres Storm I liked very much. (Happily, a sequel is planned for publication soon.)
