David looks up to his brother and wants to do everything with him, but his brother doesn't like that. Throughout the story, David's brother tells him "You're too little" or "Stop following me" which makes David sad and leads to a fight. By the end of the story, David and his brother are getting along. This story shows what siblings go through when the younger sibling always wants to be around his or her big brother or sister. ( )

This is a picture book about David acting in a younger manner, acting silly, getting in trouble, and building a bond between brothers.

This book was an okay read for me. The book was about all of the things David's brother told him like, "Grow Up, David," "Stop Following Me," and "That's Mine!" I liked the drawings and the way Shannon showed each page as a different scene. The words did not give away too much to the readers, and the readers had to interpret it for themselves, with the help of the pictures. ( )

My students love the David books and were excited to see I had a new one with me! In the book, David looks up to his brother and wants to do everything with him, but big brother doesn't want to be bother. But in the end, he still loves his little brother. I have experienced similar struggles with my little sister, but I will always love her. ( )

Cute book about growing up and how hard it can be to fulfill others expectations.
