There's a dark vein of comic book authors (eg. this guy, and Daniel Clowes) who write about isolated, depressed, misogynistic, misanthropic, neurotic and generally hateful comic book authors. This book is about one of those who is also addicted to pornography and stuck in a creative and general rut. ( )

Albeit interesting, this book was a bit lost on me. I don't have the same visual-based lusts, and haven't succumbed to a masturbation habit. But I bet there are a lot of people, mostly guys, who would find more truth in this than I did.
